Thames Valley Po.ice is appealing for witnesses following an incident of ABH in Oxford.
At around 10.10am yesterday (21/11) at the bus stop near to Rosehill parade. The victim a woman in her thirties, was assaulted whilst waiting for a bus. The victim was assisted by a taxi driver who stopped and got out to help.
The victim attended hospital for their injuries and has since been discharged.
The offender is described as a white man in his twenties, tall and slim with long brown hair. He was wearing jeans and a dark coloured jacket.
During this time of the day, there were multiple vehicles in the traffic and people on the pavements so we would like to appeal to those who may have seen anything to come forward.
Investigating officer, PC Matthew Glen based at Banbury police station, said: “I am appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident to please get in touch.
“I would also like to ask if you were driving in this area at this time to please check dash cam footage.
