The Events Committee consists of Cllrs. Brown; Cuddy; Locklin; Powles and Smith. The committee meets as and when necessary in Kennington Village Centre. The Chair is an ex-officio member of all committees. The Chair shall have the right to speak at meetings but does not have voting rights, as per the General Terms of Reference of Council’s Committees.
