We are appealing for witnesses after reports of an indecent exposure in Oxford.
The incident occurred at 7.20am on Friday (1/9) on the towpath under Donnington Bridge.
The victim, a woman in her forties, was running along the towpath when a man blocked the path and exposed himself to her.
The offender is described as a man around 5ft 11ins tall with facial hair and wearing black clothing.
