Vale of White Horse District Council is conducting a review of its Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Schedule. The Charging Schedule sets out rates that developers will be required to pay towards the delivery of infrastructure to support planned growth in the district. As part of the review process, the council has published a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Draft Charging Schedule for public consultation. Alongside this review, the council has reviewed and updated its Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document (SPD). This SPD is used to seek developer contributions through Section 106 Agreements from new development to fund infrastructure alongside CIL.
