The parish council received an email from Oxford Preservation Trust earlier today as they wanted to make the council and Kennington residents aware that over the next two months St Hildas College will be doing a study of Radley Large Wood using a drone, to find out about how much carbon is being captured and stored. The drone will be launched from Kennington Memorial Field.
As it’s dependent on weather conditions they’re not able to plan for a certain time and day which is why they’ve asked Oxford Preservation Trust for permission for a 2-month window.
