Road Closure – Kennington Road – 28 October

Unfortunately, the resurfacing to the Kennington Road didn’t go as smoothly as hoped last month. OCC had some operational issues with the traffic management, meaning it only completed the first part of the works. Surfacing was only completed between Sugworth Crescent and Eight Acres.
OCC has reprogrammed and plan on returning Friday 28th October; 19:00-06:00hrs to complete the works.
Outstanding works will be between Eight Acres and The Avenue (Ch324-525). Affected cul-de-sacs and access will be Woodlands Park Mobile home park & Sandford Lane.
The works will be via a full road closure, using the same diversion route as last month.
Access from Eight Acres / The Lawns / Pebble Hill will be possible throughout via Radley.
