Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a theft from vehicle in Kennington.
Between 3.42am and 3.47am Tuesday (29/09) offender(s) forced access to a vehicle parked at a property in Upper road by smashing the rear window. Power tools were stolen. A dark vehicle was seen speeding off immediately after the incident.
