From Tuesday 14 July Vale of White Horse District Council will be sending a form to every household across the district asking them confirm the details for all eligible voters at their property.
People must respond to this request for information, even if they are already registered to vote.
The easiest way to confirm whether the details on the form are correct is to do so online at www.registerbyinternet.com/southandvale using the security code found on this form.
Everyone who confirms their details immediately will avoid receiving reminder letters and potential visits later in the year.
Any household who hasn’t received a form by the end of July should get in touch with the Electoral Services Team on 01235 540351 to ask for a replacement.
