Open Gardens in Kennington

Sunday 28th June is Open Gardens Day in Kennington, in aid of Kennington Overseas Aid’s 2015 charity, Standing Voice, which provide medical aid to people with albinism in Tanzania. Theft from vehicles

Thames Valley Police is appealing for information after theft from two vehicles in Kennington. Between Friday (12/6) and Monday (15/6), offender(s) gained entry to two vehicles in Bagley Wood Road. A Sat Nav, charger cable and documents was stolen from one vehicle and an Apple Ipod and loose change was stolen from the second vehicle. …

Planning meeting cancelled

Due to the Clerk having received no planning applications since the last committee meeting, Tuesday’s (23 June) Planning Committee meeting scheduled to commence at 8:pm in the Village Hall has been cancelled.   The next scheduled Planning Committee meeting will take place as usual on Tuesday 14 July 2015
