Playing Fields Committee
The Playing Fields Committee consists of Cllrs. Brown; Douglas; Feather; Gamble; and Smith as well as two representatives from Kennington Athletic Football Club; two representatives from Wolvercote Cricket Club and two members of the public. The committee meets once every two months on a Wednesday evening at 7.30pm in Playfield Rd pavilion. The Chair is an ex-officio member of all committees. The Chair shall have the right to speak at meetings but does not have voting rights, as per the General Terms of Reference of Council’s Committees.
The Playing Fields Committee is responsible for hiring the playing fields and pavilions, as well as the proposed rebuild of Playfield Rd pavilion. Follow this link for further details.
